The location, the facilities, the closeness to the beach and the pool.
Room service could be better. The bar could serve better cocktails.

All the facilities the staff
The menu was great but the food delivered was poor (pork belly was served only fat, we love pork belly but this was disappointing, cochinita pibil very poor, the breakfast avocado slices where as thin as paper no exaggerations and two very thin slices I don’t think they need to be so stingy with food)

Very bittersweet experience in this hotel. I was advised by a colleague not to stay here and go somewhere cheaper instead since he didn't like his stay, but I really liked the looks of this hotel.
The hotel is beautiful with pleasant common areas and a bar/restaurant that I enjoyed. However, the room was extremely humid and damp and had a strong smell of mold. Beware: They charge you for absolutely everything! (technology fee - whatever that is, towels, extra taxes, credit card fees...) and ended up paying significantly more than what we booked it for.
