Il servizio portineria giorno e notte è un servizio molto utile, come anche il parcheggio privato. La stanza era piccola ma essenziale.
L'unico neo forse è il bagno della camera, un po' piccolino e "datato". Per il resto, però, molto funzionale.

The location is quite good - walking distance to the Basilica (cca. 20 minutes) and also to the train station (cca 25 minutes). The room had everything we needed, even a kitchenette, which we hadn't expected, and overall, the room was quite spacious. There's a conveniently located supermarket just 30 seconds from the hotel and since we stayed here during winter, the area was quiet and we didn't have any problems with the noise. Everything functioned great.
The shower cabin is quite small and it could use renovating, but overall it was clean and it had everything we needed (even a blow dryer).

Posizione, vicinanza università.
Pulizia (capelli in bagno, macchie su tavolino e sul pavimento, piumino letto sporco, porta ingresso piena di adesivi ... impresentabile), divano-letto scomodo, terrazzino trasandato, serramenti da sistemare, insonorizzazione inesistente, manutenzione completamente assente (ho dovuto richiedere il tecnico per sistemare sedile wc, pomello porta e altro). La TV è solo via internet ma dispositivo wi-fi obsoleto che dà poco segnale (quindi TV inutilizzabile). Gestori/proprietari ... invisibili e virtuali (colloqui solo via chat).
