Clean, comfortable and friendly.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our short overnight stay. If I had one thing I would change, it would be curtains or blinds over the windows for privacy and because we like to sleep in complete darkness.

Great little apartment in an excellent location

Very comfortable apartment on the top floor of an interesting old house in an excellent location, a short stroll from the lake and just a couple hundred metres from a variety of small shops and restaurants. A lovely, flat walk along the top of the lake to the old town, about 25-30 minutes away. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts were very friendly. Bikes were available for hire if we'd wanted them.

Because of the apartment's proximity to shops and restaurants, there was some noise late at night from people going home and early in the morning from deliveries, particularly the bakery just across the road.

Lovely loft apartment

Lovely loft apartment above the owners' house with a small balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely bakery and restaurant across the street. Grocery store 100 m away.

A fantastic location and a wonderful unit. We would happily stay here again when we come back to Annecy

This apartment is in a quiet location close to the lake and the centre of the city. There is a fantastic bakery and pizzeria within minutes and the off street parking was good. The unit is well appointed and everyone was very helpful.

We stayed in a very hot couple of days. I would recommend a couple of fans to help with airflow.

Kan beter op een aantal punten.

Goed uitgerust appartement: vooral de keuken is voorzien van alles wat nodig is, zowel wat apparatuur betreft als keukenbenodigheden. Fijne eethoek, grote tv. Prima ligging t.o.v. meer, in een fijne, levendige (maar niet te drukke) buurt.

Het zag er niet allemaal even netjes uit: de slaapkamer oogde erg rommelig, mede door een geheel verkreukelde dekbedhoes. Het dekbed zelf lag op een opbergschap in de slaapkamer (achter een gordijn), samen met ander rommelig opgeborgen beddegoed, maar helaas met allerlei vlekken. Bah! Ook de kussenslopen waren verfrommeld, alsof er juist iemand op geslapen had. Over het algemeen heb je bij dit appartement het idee dat je logeert bij de eigenaar en zijn familie (die op begane grond en eerste verdieping wonen). In de badkamer ontbreken haakjes om handdoek op te hangen. Indeling is ook wat onlogisch: via de keuken naar de badkamer. Verder is het irritant dat je voor 3 nachten geboekt hebt en dat er dan maar 1 vaatwastablet klaar ligt (een paar extra krijg je uiteraard wel als je het vraagt) en extra vuilniszakken ook niet te vinden zijn.

Calme et paisible au pied du lac

Idéalement placé , facile d'aller au cœur à pied. Calme et paisible il est agréable de flâner le long du lac. Les sorties nocturnes sont facilitées par beaucoup de choses à proximité.

Un très bon séjour à Annecy

L'appartement est au 2eme étage dans une ancienne maison typique. Les équipements sont neufs et d'excellente qualité. Il est situé à 5 mns à pied du lac et il y a des commerces juste à côté : boulangerie, supérette, restaurants. En 25 mns à pied en longeant le lac, nous sommes dans le vieux Annecy. Parking gratuit dans les rues.

Superbe week-end en amis à Annecy grâce au conseils des propriétaires. La suite est à découvrir par vous même....

Le calme, l'emplacement avec boulangerie N1 de Annecy, bar, restaurant etc..... Tout l'appartement est au top et les propriétaires juste trop sympa, et n'hésite pas à lire le livret d'accueil et à leurs poser des questions. J'aurais tellement d'autres choses à dire que je laisse le soin de le découvrir par vous même.
