Everything perfect except that when someone has a shower there are no mats on the floor water goes everywhere and your shoes and socks get covered in dirty water. Put some bath mats on the floors in the bathrooms please.

Ich bin um Mitternacht am Flughafen gestrandet und brauchte eine kurzfristige Übernachtung. Ich habe das Hostel mit Vorlauf von 40 Min. gebucht, bin 10 Min. vom Flughafen hingelaufen, bin mit den Zugangscodes eingecheckt, habe ein Bett mit frisch gewaschener gut riechender Bettwäsche vorgefunden, bin sofort eingeschlafen und am nächsten Morgen nach dem Zähneputzen in einen großzügigen Bad wieder zum Flughafen. Alles war unkompliziert. Perfekter geht es nicht! Und das für einen Preis von ca. 25 Euro! Danke - bleibt so wie ihr seid!

For the low cost, this is an acceptable hostel to stay at in Porto when you need to be at the airport early. There is no staff on the premises, instead everything is done remotely.
Heating in the room seemed to be broken, in the winter there should be more bedding provided.
