Снимаю эти апартаменты уже второй раз, отличное расположение (20 минут до центра пешком, 10 минут до большого Лидла, 5 минут до Maxi, рядом есть кафетерия и остановка транспорта, уютный дворик и район в целом), приятный владелец, который объяснил, как пользоваться умным домом, и всегда был на связи. Хорошая уборка, при заселении все было чисто. Есть пылесос, швабра, кофемашина (+капсулы для нее, очень вкусный кофе буквально за минуту), капсулы для стирки и посудомоечной машины, духовка, микроволновка, тостер, фен, сушилка и прищепки и т.д. Просторная терраса, несмотря на то, что это 1 этаж и панорамные окна, с улицы ничего не видно. Хорошая звукоизоляция, комфортный кондиционер, который не шумел вообще.
Стройка (если закрыть балкон, ничего не слышно). Кровать может быть маловата для двоих, но не критично. Нет шампуня, надо брать свой. Седушки на террасе стоит почистить от пятен.

Bel appartement avec toutes les commodités, transport à deux pas , café à proximité Appartement décoré avec goût et l’accueil était agréable
Rien à signalé , juste un petit détail pour ceux qui prennent plus d une douche par jour un ballon d’eau chaude plus volumineux aurait été un plus .
