Beautiful view from the big terrace. Big and clean swimming pool. Whole complex of apartments is renovated. Very comfortable beds. AC is working well. Roof fans in every room. New furniture. Very clean. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Big washing machine. Reserved parking on the street. Multiple supermarkets in the city.
Far from the beach and city center, you need a car to drive down and park on a free parking near cemetery. No AC in bedrooms, fan helped to survive nights. Internet was not very stable and mobile signal is low. Water pressure was low, but manageable. You need a car to stay there.
