Donna Filu Casa Vacanze

The place was clean, presentable, and comfortable, but the best part of our stay was definitely the host, Filomena. She was absolutely amazing—so sweet, kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond by driving us to the tourist areas and even taking us to the local station on our flight day. She also kindly provided us with snacks and gave us great advice on which areas to visit during our two days there. Filomena made our stay feel very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I’d happily stay again!

Le quartier , la chambre double un matelas plus confortable et les fenêtres plus insonorisé car rue passante très bruyante

La casa era molto carina, pulita e con tutto l'occorrente per le prime necessità. A breve distanza supermercato, farmacia, panificio. La signora è molto gentile ed accogliente.

La posizione su una strada molto trafficata. Distanza dai luoghi di interesse turistico, è necessario avere un'auto a disposizione. Il parcheggio privato potrebbe non essere molto agevole per chi ha auto grandi. Noi comunque non abbiamo avuto difficoltà ed in ogni caso ci sono parcheggi liberi in strada.

L'appartement est grand et propre avec une place de parking devant la porte. L'accueil est très sympathique et les beignets offerts à notre départ étaient délicieux. La situation en centre ville permet de découvrir les petits commerces locaux très agréables. A proximité de Naples le lieu constitue un bon point de départ vers les lieux touristiques de la région.

La partie cuisine est sous équipée : pas de hotte aspirante, peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, pas de congélateur ni de four classique. Pour un long séjour il manque un lave linge. La rue en bas de l'immeuble est un peu bruyante malgré une bonne isolation.
