2421 Villa Joya de Guadalupe

Property is great and accommodates for what we needed.

We had to collect and drop off the keys from a seperate location which is around 5 minute drive from the property. They were also unhelpful in accommodating us with an early check-in. We were finally given keys and when we arrived into the property the whole house alarm went off and we were not given an alarm code to enter the property. The house alarm was going off for about 15 minutes until an employee from the alarm company came to the villa to stop the alarm. It was a big disappointment to the start of the holiday how unprofessinal the check in process was. Also good to bear in mind there is indoor camera in the main lounge area and pool table room so it feels a little bit like an invasion of privacy. The deposit took around 10 days to be returned despite me frequently chasing this up. not ideal

The villa is beautiful, very comfortable, well equipped and has stunning views from the terrace.

The back door was out of use during our stay but there was a gap at the bottom of this door that we had to block off ourselves as when we got to the property there was a dead cockroach by the pool table with lots of ants around it which we removed but we continued to have ants in the kitchen and bathroom all week.

Beautiful views on the sea, garden with flowers and nice plants, great swimming pool, spacious house nicely furnitured

Bad smell in one of the bathrooms Swimming pool was not serviced that is why the pump stopped working afer few days but after we reported it - it was fixed the next day
