The ocean location was excellent
The home was dirty and dog hair on lots of items like the couch, outdoor space was unkept and filthy furniture.

It’s a beautiful location with easy access to the beach but beware swimming is not for the faint of heart. There is a nurse of many different sharks in this area. We happen to visit when some small fish were running to mate. Pelicans diving, seagulls and sea lions all in one place and yes I was in just below knee deep when something a little bigger 2ft+ swooshed into both my legs. Thank goodness it wasn’t very hungry 🤣
I with the hot tub water was balanced and hotter initially. It’s possible with heavy booking and turn around it might be hard to keep

Deck for 19 doesn’t have a huge view but it’s big with an upper level for the hot tub. Layout was great. The private beach was phenomenal.
Some cabinets in the bathroom didn’t close. I thought there was laundry in the unit but there was not. I had packed thinking we had laundry so I wish that was more clear because some of the condos do have laundry

Lovely cabin, very clean and accommodations were good. It was close to the beach, just a short walk. The deck was huge! Hot tub was hot and clean.
Would have loved a BBQ, but assumed there were rules about that.
