Perfectly adequate for a night's stay in Errachidia as we had an early morning flight, so we mainly needed somewhere to sleep. The house was spacious with numerous nice sofas to lounge and chill (& with a nice big TV) but the bathroom & the kitchen feels overdue for a refresh. Overall, it was a good value alternative to hotels which might not be that much better & definitely won't have this generous amount of space. There was no check in information provided, we got our driver to contact the host on the day itself to get the exact location etc. At least it was easy to reach the host, & the few communications via Booking.com was also prompt, so if one needs anything, I believe it can be easily resolved.

For some reason, the water from the shower doesn't get hot enough even after a long while, unlike the water from the tap which can get really hot. We ended up filling the bucket with water to shower, which was fine for a night's stay, so we didn't pursue further with the host. In fact, we got probably the hottest water of our whole trip, so that partially even out the negativity. Still, this is the main reason for my rating. The owner has another apartment upstairs - we chose the downstairs apartment to avoid carrying our luggage up, but we ended up falling asleep to the footsteps of the somewhat rowdy group taking the upstairs one. Otherwise, it is in a quiet residential neighborhood (do note there doesn't seem to be any shops or restaurants in walking distance).
