We stayed there for 2 days and we have no hot water.

The location is good. There is enough space within the house to sit and relax over a conversation. Kichen is well equipped. Good communication/ quick response from the host/ philip Island holiday homes. Overall, yes..I will book this place again.
No drying line outside. The flowers around the house were over grown and needed some care. They used fresh plants for interior decoration that has gone dry with pieces falling over floor surface especially along stairs.
