Location, facilities garden was beautiful, quiet cul-de-sac, beautiful setting, had everything we needed, walked to the pub 🙂 fire kept us warm, bonus heater in all bedrooms if needed, fully stocked kutchen with all appliances
Can't think of anything that could have been better except we didn't stay long enough

The location was great as my two adult daughters could walk into the town in 5 minutes yet the property still felt it was in the country with numerous large trees near by
The back lawn could have been better as was rather overgrown There was no kindling but plenty of wood a small hatchet or ready chopped kindling would be good The indoor wood fire was not as user friendly as some and I have had wood fires all my life

Great location and pet friendly
The only thing I could fault was the lawn out the back needed mowing
