Stairs, hot water did not work the second day

This was our second time staying in this apartment and we would come back again and again. The location is perfect - extremely central, supermarket downstairs (around the corner). The view of the church in the morning from the bedroom is so special, and can walk to it within two minutes. The balcony, with lush green trees just outside is a nice cool evening space. Air conditioning in all the rooms if it gets too hot. Kitchen was really well equipped too.
Our booking was for five people, however upon arrival we discovered that bedding was available only for four. Because it was late (23:00) the host was not contactable, so couldn't remedy for our first night's stay. We had to make do... The host delivered the additional bedding/towels the next day. The curtains/blinds allow quite a lot of light in early in the morning, so it's a little difficult to get longer morning sleep ins (especially for kids).

Great location! Nice, cosy flat! That was my third stay in Erevan and this apartment is the best. Clean, well-furnished, with a balcony and nice view.
At first there wasn’t enough bed linen for our family. Keygo solved the problem as soon as they could, but the first night was a disaster. The doors were making creaking sound - just a minor inconvenience, but if you fix it the accommodation will be just perfect!
