The title is on point! It was clean. It was VERY accommodating...lotions, soap, toilet paper, make up wipes, paper towels, laundry soap, coffee, seasonings...and MORE.
The hosts incuded peppermints and hot cocoa and candy stirs!
House:
The house was comfortable and big enough for everyone to spread out. We had 10 in our party (My husband and I and our 8 kids). It really felt cozy and like "home." The board games and books were a nice addition.
The teenagers loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. There is also a nice deck and patio area.
Location:
The location was perfect for us. My daughter loved walking to the park and the store. There is also a tennis and basketball court about 2 blocks away. The neighborhood is quiet and not super busy-definitely a good area for taking a jog.
Host:
The host was very responsive. He even provided streaming channels like Prime Video. It was great working with him.
Costs:
Very reasonable. The best prices in this area for size and accomodations. Other homes of this size in this area are priced at almost twice as much.
To be honest, I am from Iowa. I travel back and forth often to visit family. Since my mom passed 2 years ago we have been staying in Airbnbs for our visits. We always have a difficult time finding a home that meets our expectations with regards to size, cleanliness, and costs. This home met our expectations in all categories. The only downside is that our stay here has definitely spoiled us and I worry that it may be hard to find a similar one on our return if this home is unavailable.
