Al Alba Townhouse with Community Pool and Padel

Location is fantastic. House has everything you could need. Communication was great.

The 2nd floor bathrooms only sometimes had hot water. It was so hot outside a cool shower was fine but it would have been nice to have had warm water

La casa esta muy bien surtida y tiene de todo y es muy grande.

Demasiadas escaleras, a la entrada estaban limpiando aún y con una hora de entrada a las 16:00 , no es de recibo.Por otro lado tuve que llamar para la clave y recogida de llaves, ya que no lo habian suministrado.

The House was perfect for our family get together, the house is on 3 levels, and all 4 bedrooms were suitable for us. Two have ensuite bathrooms, ( didn't use bubble bath on lower floor, it seemed a waste of water ) There is a garage which we used to store cases and sport equipment, parking space right outside for 2 cars. We all loved the paddle tennis courts and the pool. Large tv with ability to use Netflix if you have an account. We had a couple of issues but they were dealt with really quickly by blue bay who look after the house, there were 2 cleaning sessions during our 16 day stay. The area was quiet , clean and not far from lovely restaurants and shops. (Car recommended) The wildlife in the wooded area on the edge of the estate was amazing. lots of lovely plants on the balcony and outdoor spaces. There is a water filter tap which means you don't have to constantly buy bottled water.

The kitchen is a bit small for 8 people and badly laid out, , but we managed to make it work and the living room space is big which along with a balcony where you can sit and eat your meals compensates for it .

Prachtige centrale locatie midden in de Cerro Gordo. 1 uur vanaf Malaga. Super uitzicht op La Herradura. Zwembad tot 22 00 uur s'avonds open. Zeer ruim huis met goede bedden. Airco woonkamer die voortreffelijk werkt en op elke slaapkamer een plafondventilator. We hadden enkele klachten zoals bijvoorbeeld een niet werkende tv maar dit werd door het team van Bleu Bay super opgepakt en snel opgelost !

De staat van de keuken die echt vernieuwd moet worden. Oven, vaatwasser en wasmachine zijn zelfs tijdens ons verblijf vervangen. Er is geen enkel scherp mes in deze keuken, geen fatsoenlijke snijplank etcetera... Voor ons geen issue maar je moet wel 34 treden omhoog lopen voordat je in de woonkamer bent......
