Everything was great!

Everything was great. The location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the hotel staff (They were willing to help us with any questions or problems we had). There is free parking on site which is very convenient. A quiet neighborhood on the border between France - Germany - Switzerland. You have made our stay a pleasure and we will be back again for sure. Thank you!

Clean, spacious and comfortable just before the Swiss boarder (and that was reflected in the reasonable price).

Great hotel in nice location

Good location between Swiss, German and borders, nice acknowledgment of our mini honeymoon, thank you for that. Spacious rooms, great facilities within, we had a coffee machine and kettle, which was a nice touch. Private and secure parking

there was a road works in front of the hotel, but they did tell us in advance

The family room includes a sofa, a kitchen, and a separate room with bunkbeds. Large bathroom with great shower. Air Conditioning, and good light-blocking shades. Free parking. Included breakfast was very good.

Affordable boutique style hotel

The hotel surprised us with it's cool design touches and the room felt almost like we were staying at a boutique hotel. Very nice bathroom, very comfy beds, AC was necessary and worked very well. There is even a mini fridge to use, and there is a great organic produce store just a 5 minute walk down the road from the hotel that's worth visiting to get some things to put in the fridge :-)

The hotel send us an excessive amount of emails leading up to our one night stay, however none of the emails pointed out that the hotel is at the end of a residential street (that was torn open for construction) in an odd location between suburbian homes and warehouses, we almost didn't find it. Our room was on the first floor, and the people staying at the room below had a terrace they made use of until midnight which was very loud. The breakfast offerings also were a bit on the stingy side and could offer a bit more variety.

Modern ‘art’ hotel. Close to the tramline for Basel and a large Lidl store. A/C in room. Very well appointed.

Makkelijk parkeren met opladen, je bent zo in Bazel met de auto. Ruime badkamer.

Dat je 15€ betaalt voor opladen, ook al laad je maar 1x op. Verschillende heftige geuren in de kamer.

Très bonne nuit mais petit déjeuner à améliorer

Hôtel neuf, moderne, très bon accueil de la part de la réception. J'ai demandé une couette supplémentaire qui m'a été fournie. Chambre très propre, literie OK, salle de bain OK.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait débuter plus tôt, et contenir davantage de produits frais et locaux. Trop industriel à notre goût, cela manquait de fruits, de vrais jus de fruit, de baguettes...

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa possibilité de recharge de Ve Mais le forfait de 15€ nous a refroidi ( on avait besoin uniquement d’un complément de 30%) Il serait bon de préciser les conditions d’utilisation de ces bornes.

Leuk hotel!

Leuk hotel, direct aan de grens met Zwitserland, we waren onmiddellijk in Bazel. Lekker, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijke bediening. 1 restaurant in de buurt, "Chez Lucie", een aanrader!

Het dorpje was niet erg boeiend, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen. Elektrisch laden aan het hotel is duur.

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder im Arrow absteigen.

Alles war wie neu. Sehr gepflegt. Und wenn der Fluglärm beendet ist, tritt eine unglaubliche Ruhe ein. Keine typischen Hotelgeräusche von Türen und Aufzügen. Eine nette Empfehlung des Hotels in Bezug auf ein Restaurant in der Nähe war das Chez Lucie. Eine urige Dorfkneipe mit regionalen Speisen oder wahlweise afghanisch. Erfreulicherweise gibt es eine Nespresso-Maschine und einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Nicht so wichtig: Mein Wunsch nach kleinen Kissen im Bett blieb unerfüllt. Die Küche ist wohl unterbesetzt. Der Nachschub an Rührei und Speck funktioniert nicht so recht

Gute Alternative, wenn man mit dem Auto nach Basel will

modernes Hotel in Hesigheim, etwas abseits gelegen, aber man ist schnell zu Fuß im Ortskern mit ein paar Restaurants und einem guten Döner. Auch ein Supermarkt ist fussläufig, zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle nach Basel braucht man knapp 20 Minuten. Service freundlich und problemlos auch auf Englisch, Frühstück für 12 Euro ist nicht umfangreich, aber alles sehr gut. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und haben einen Schreibtisch. bei Bedarf kann man auch eine Kühlschrank nutzen. Fenster sollten besser zu bleiben, morgens hört man sonst die Flugzeuge, ansonsten sehr ruhig. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus.

Nettes, kleines Hotel, gerne wieder!

Ein relativ neues Hotel mit knapp über 20 Zimmern. Das Zimmer war nicht verwohnt und sehr sauber, das Frühstück gut und typisch französisch. Super ist die verkehrsgünstige Lage, man ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Basel. Gute und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.

Bei geöffnetem Fenster war der Lärm der startenden Flieger ab 06:00 Uhr durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Flughafen Basel doch störend - was wir allerdings schon vorher ahnten. Bei geschlossenem Fenstern war die Beeinträchtigung absolut akzeptabel. Obwohl nur 300 oder 400 m von der Schweizer Grenze und nur ca. 10 km von Weil am Rhein entfernt wird kein einziges deutsch- oder englischsprachiges Fernsehprogramm angeboten. Selbst die angebotenen Filme sind rein französisch gehalten. Ohne jede Französisch-Kenntnis fühlt man sich etwas deplatziert.

Mooi hotel voor een bezoek aan Basel

Mooie kamer met nette faciliteiten. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon en modern. Goed bed en fijn dat er klimaatbeheersing was.

Eigenlijk niks. Het hotel zat op een bedrijventerrein, maar restaurants en een supermarkt zijn op loopafstand. En binnen een half uur ben je in Basel.
