Location was fantastic central to shops, port, restaurants and easy access to Tabarca and bus station. These were our main must haves!! The apartment was clean and staff were really helpful, letting us leave our bags in the office while we got our barings and we were able to go to apartment before our official 4pm check-in time. They also booked us a great taxi for returning to the airport.

There was a lack of cooking facilities for a self contained apartment. We couldnt find a corkscrew or sharp knives. There was no toaster. When we mentioned this, staff offered to meet us at the apartment, but the time was 1-4 and we prefered to make do, rather than have to come back to the apartment. The shower was also a slightly bad design as leaked through to the hall after a few repetative uses. The apartment guide also failed to mention where the fuse box was as when we had a power cut we couldnt find it, as it was hid behind a picture. Although nice to be in apartments with local residents rather than holiday makers the downside was a couple of barky dogs.

The apartment is very well located; the building is facing the port, where there are several restaurants and cafes. The price/quality ratio is excellent and exceeded all our expectations. The newly renovated apartment is well-equipped (it has all the necessary kitchen utensils and new appliances). The apartment is charming and warm, and the bedding is very comfortable. The bathroom is modern and very functional. I really recommend it, especially if you are traveling with children (there is a room specially designed for children). The bus station is a10-minute walk from the apartment. This station serves Alicante, greater Alicante, and nearby towns. The apartment is close to all amenities, shops, and supermarkets (Mas y Mas, Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour, Hypermarket, etc.). A market is held across the bus station twice a week; the produces and prices are excellent. The weather is beautiful, and the people are friendly and welcoming.
