definitely the view
the provision for the kitchen is super
the departure experience when there is no checkout extension- after all would not consider walking distance, especially when rains a lot here (and travelling with many luggages), to any modes of transportation to airport unless direct taxi...but that's probably not applicable to all

The view was great!
The apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:00. The information about getting key was not communicated by email although the contact helped.
There was no soap in the shower! Who doesn’t provide soap and we specifically asked for some.
