It's not a B&B. The only good thing about this place is the location for access to the train station. The bath was good with plenty of hot water.
There is nothing on their Booking com facilities description that states the kitchen and bathroom are shared with two other rooms, as they are. The sound insulation between the bedroom I was in and the adjoining bedroom is very poor. No knives in the kitchen. No means to light the gas hob.
