the location and the swimming pool

I was very disappointed with this room. I have stayed in other rooms at this hotel before, especially the pool-view rooms, and they were much better. However, the room at the back of the hotel was in very poor condition. The room was spacious, but cleanliness was a major issue. The floor was full of hair, which seemed to be caused by poor cleaning. The staff appeared to use old cleaning tools and reused dirty water, which did not properly clean the room. The bathroom was old, poorly maintained, and extremely dirty. At times, dirty water and waste came up through the toilet when nearby rooms were used, which made me think someone had used my bathroom. The bathtub drain was clogged, so the water would rise while showering. There was also no power outlet next to the bed, making it inconvenient to charge my phone
