1. We really loved the backyard setup for our family celebration. Several items to note, a very nice pool/hot tub, good space for games(corn hole,etc), the tiki bar, grill, convenient first floor bathroom, and refrigerator. 2. The elevator was huge help for taking my wife recovering from foot surgery to 3rd floor, and helped with luggage to 3rd floor.
Lack of kitchen and bath towels, only one set of bath towels provided per person. There is a washer/dryer on second floor but we do not desire spending extra vacation time on laundry. We did make room in our luggage to pack some extra towels.
