Location tops. Conversation with host is easy.

Nothing beats its location. Easy accessible from Pile Gate. Steps free till the front door except for the flights of stairs to get to your room.

Bathroom floor tiles is slippery. For the elderly, just be careful.

Excellent starting point to visit the old city

Excellent location in the old city. Bed was really nice. We got extra bed sheets since it was a bit cold for my wife. Very clean apartment. Coffee lounge and baggage area on the ground floor, very handy. The host was responsive and nearby for help and questions.

Mosquitos at night but that was our problem since we did not close windows. Lack of normal car parking and crazy high fines if even passing by in non-residents cars but that is understandable. Dubrovnik is a very old city, densely populated. If you want to be within ancient city walls, that is a small price to pay.

Fantastic location in the old town.

Fantastic location in the old town. Great hosts , allowed to leave the luggage and late check out. The apartment is next to an outdoor cinema and movies run until 11 pm - didn’t bother us as we didn’t go to bed until midnight.

Disappointed with high prices eg 40euro each to walk the ramparts.

A very short walk from pile gate. The host is very helpful and prompt with replies. Very easy to enter the property and there are no steps.

I overshot the turn for the property as we were enveloped by a big gang on a walking tour. The location is the first right after the Hard Rock Cafe.

Excellent stay in the old city for a couple.

The location was excellent. Room was spacious and clean.

The hot water heater was small so hot water ran out fast. Bed sheets could be better fitted.

Spectacular

It was perfectly placed in a quiet backwater yet just off the main area and still within the city walls. Having been to Dubrovnik before I hoped to give my daughter a special experience and this property fitted the bill.

There was a rather large chest in the room but it looked too big to get through the door. There would have been more room to sit at the table if it wasn’t there.

Lokalizacja! Żadnych schodów ani wspinaczki! W ostatniej uliczce starówki, więc cicho i spokojnie, a jednocześnie jeden zakręt od głównych uliczek. Kino koło 22 kończy seans, więc nie ma problemu ze spaniem. Ekspres na dole do wspólnego użytku gości, kawa, herbata. Baardzo miły dodatek!! Samodzielne „zameldowanie”.

Właścicielka nie odpisuje na wiadomości. Na szczęście nie było to nic ważnego i wyjaśniło się bez Lokalizacja! Żadnych schodów ani wspinaczki! W ostatniej uliczce starówki, więc cicho i spokojnie, a jednocześnie jeden zakręt od głównych uliczek. Kino koło 22 kończy seans, więc nie ma problemu ze spaniem. Ekspres na dole do wspólnego użytku gości, kawa, herbata. Baardzo miły dodatek!! Samodzielne „zameldowanie”. jej zaangażowania. Poza tym nie ma nazwy na drzwiach noclegu. Trochę dziwne. Bagaże wprawdzie można zostawić ale przestrzeń jest wspólna, więc na własne ryzyko. Trochę słabo.

ピレ門から、すぐの立地で、階段はなくアパートメントに到着できます。旧市街の中にあるので、暑い日でも部屋で休憩しながら、観光を楽しむことができました。部屋の使い方で困った時にはオーナーがすぐに来て、問題を解決してくれました。

エレベーターがないので、部屋まで階段でバゲージを持って上がるのが大変でした。窓の建て付けが、古くなっていて開け閉めの時に苦労しました。コンセントが古くなっていて、携帯の充電がしにくかったです。

La ubicación, dentro de la ciudad histórica es perfecta y está lleno de restaurants y opciones de actividades al rededor.

No sabíamos que era un segundo piso por escalera y para mi mamá que es una señora de 65 años fue complicado.

Tolles, helles, ruhiges Appartement in der Altstadt

Ein schönes, helles Appartement, mit allem was man braucht in der Altstadt, in der Nähe des Pile Stadttores. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein sehr bequemes Bett und eine kleine Schranknische - sehr gemütlich und heimelig. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Couch, einen Esstisch mit Stühlen, eine kleine Kochzeile und einen geräumigen Kühlschrank. Die Möbel sind in weiß oder Pastelfarben gehalten. Ich habe das Design des Appartements sehr gemocht, die Ostfenster waren toll am Morgen, viel Sonne kam rein. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend, genügend Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte. Der Kontakt mit Karla war schnell und problemlos, über Whatsapp. Ich verbrachte dort eine schöne Woche und würde gerne zurück kommen. Große Empfehlung an alle!

Mir hat ALLES gut gefallen. Vielleicht nur für jene Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, sollte man sagen, dass das Appartement im ersten Stock ist, ohne Lift. Aber gerade in Dubrovnik sind gehbehinderte Menschen generell im Nachteil. Viele Stufen in der Altstadt...
