Petra Tranquila Villa

Ubicación excelente, cerca de supermercados y con buena conexión con Argostoli y el aeropuerto. La casa es preciosa, tiene espacios amplios y es muy cómoda, con unas vistas espectaculares y muy bien equipada para vacaciones en familia (barbacoa, piscina y espacios comunes). Dos días de limpieza muy convenientes. Aire acondicionado estupendo y gran aislamiento de ruido exterior. Decoración cuidada y muy agradecidos por los regalos de agua y vino que nos dejaron en la nevera. Los baños están muy completos, con duchas y amenities que se reponen dos veces a la semana.

Tiene pocas opciones de sombra en el exterior. Estaría bien que aumentaran el número de sombrillas o poner un toldo que cubra una mayor parte del porche. La mesa del comedor exterior actual está rota y está muy alejada de la cocina. Un comedor en el porche de la casa sería más. Hay zonas de la casa que necesitan retoques: agujeros en las paredes donde deberían ir apliques o toalleros. La entrada de la casa deja mucho que desear: una valla metálica constantemente abierta y un terraplén de tierra desigual para dejar el coche. Aunque nos han repuesto dos veces las toallas, algunas tenían manchas de óxido y dejaban toallas para el aseo. Hemos echado en falta un menaje de cocina más completo (los vasos eran dispares, de vajillas diferentes, algunos de plástico y otros de cristal; sin sartenes pequeñas y utensilios de cocina de plástico con un aspecto de mucho uso). Creemos que la atención al detalle es importante por qué el precio que tiene y por eso no le damos la puntuación más alta a la casa.

The Villa was perfect, all the comforts of home on holiday and it really has that luxury feel. The beds are so comfortable, I have never slept so well on holiday! This is by far the best Villa, my family and I, have ever stayed in - everything was so convenient and modern.

Beautifully modern development with incredible views and facilities. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating with the property. The kitchen is well equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking even including a blender and juicer for making smoothies and juices! The property is on a big hill and the nearest grocery store and butchers is a small drive away (not possible to walk or cycle) but there is good taxi availability and motor vehicle hire places only a short walk away, plus a local shop and bars/restaurants/bakery and beaches within walking distance.

The air conditioning is not activated so the system uses fan mode only.

The Villa was relatively easy to find, all communication with Angelika was excellent and she met us at the villa to make sure we had everything and brought us a lovely platter of cheese and meat, nothing was out of place. This is a beautiful very well fitted out villa with an amazing view, a couple of tavernas just at the bottom of the road, probably less than 400m, and just around the corner and up another street is another Taverna and a little supermarket, all walkable. The bigger supermarket and meat market are about 15 mins away, up the hill and there is a fantastic bakery, so everything was easy to get too. Oh and lets not forget the BBQ , fantastic set up with a bar area as well,

Now this is really very small, but we could have done with some drawers in the bedrooms for clothes we just used the bottom of the wardrobe. And it will be better once the road down to the tavernas is complete it was a bit lumpy but you could walk or take the car
