I'm honestly not sure what some of the other reviews are complaining about, things like "the elevator is small"... it's Paris, that's just how it is, and not a real issue. The apartment itself was great: it occupies an entire floor, exceptionally located, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay and clean. One small note, the concierge on the first floor isn't the warmest, but that's a minor detail and didn't affect the stay at all. Overall a great place, would recommend.

Прекрасная просторная квартира с 4 спальнями, просторной гостиной и столовой, с видом на Марсово поле и Эйфелеву башню. В квартире стильный интерьер и много места для большой компании.
Не все электроприборы в квартире работали. Не во всех спальнях работали кондиционеры. Нам было предоставлено всего два ключа от входа в дом, что не совсем удобно для компании из 7-8 чел, приходилось постоянно спускаться на 1 этаж для того, чтобы запустить людей в дом. В доме очень маленький лифт, что не удобно для большого количества багажа.

There were no real issues and everything was at the worst as expected.
