#2- Fully stocked kitchen. Sliding glass door to outside deck that has a table and chairs. Outdoor grill on deck. Fire pit, firewood available at stand at road. Quiet setting. Silver Lake within walking distance via the public beach that has kayak docks to use (kayaks not provided). Letchworth State Park just minutes away. Towels NOT provided. Parking for 1 car. $20 fee per night, per pet. Over 2 adults will have a $20 per night charge. Code for the keyless entry will be sent via email 1-2 days prior to your arrival.

The home was clean and great location to the Park.We had a fire in the outdoor fire pit.Very nice place to stay.Definitely would recommend.

Liked how close it was to Perry, NY. The walk to the public beach was short. Friendly atmosphere!

No Lakeview, fan in bedroom useless. Too small and too high up. No frying pan, no dish brush, no cutting board. Lighter for gas stove hidden in drawer. TV not working unless you have ROKU pass code or you, for some reason, bring your own passwords for streaming services. Host giving incorrect/irrelevant answers to my questions.
