This recently renovated beautiful 2BR / 1 bath home (with brand new kitchen and furnishings) is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting your Centre student, attending a Centre sporting event, stopping on the Bourbon Trail at local Wilderness Trace Distillery, checking out historic Danville or Civil War battlefields, or touring the horse farms in nearby Lexington. Have a stress free and fun weekend in town by not having to deal with driving and parking. Just walk just 1 block and you will be at Dry Stack coffee cafe, Copper & Oak restaurant, Burkes Bakery, The Hub cafe, La Cosa Nostra restaurant, Bricks & Brews, Bluegrass Pizza, and Constitution Square (the birthplace of the State of Kentucky). Centre College is just 6 blocks away. The house has 10 foot high ceilings that add to the spacious vibe. The property was clean, accurate description, roomy and great communication with the owner. Definitely will stay there again. There are several great coffee shops and a bakery within easy waking distance. Cute downtown.
