Best stay near Lakeland. We got tired of roach motels and overpriced stays. This was a lot better. If your looking for a quiet, clean place to stay, and don't have to worry about paper thin walls and nosiy neihbors. Then stay here. The host Ed was very accommodating and helpful.

Cute place and everything you need. Some small extras like coffee couple snacks and tiny soaps/shampoo are nice touch. If you have dogs the large fenced yard would be great. Not quite as private as I’d liked with the only entrance taking you along the front and side of main house where host is out and talks with you to makes sure you’re good. Which some might like.. and I must say Edwin was super nice, kind and courteous, and I appreciate the hospitality. Sometimes I don’t necessarily want to interact with the host on site, just my preference. Other than that everything perfect!
