About this house rental
Come stay in my brand new furnished, completely fenced-in 3 bed/2 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is just a 3-minute drive from downtown Knoxville and is conveniently close to all the best restaurants and shops downtown Knoxville has to offer! The house's location also makes it an ideal home base for trips to UT football/basketball games, UT graduation/special events, the Old City, Suttree Landing Park, and Ijam’s natural center.
The space:
-New flooring update! We recently updated our flooring.
-The entire home consists of the following: kitchen, dining room, living room(high chair access), a private bathroom, patio, and a hot tub
Special features:
-Spacious living room with a 60-inch TV with fast internet
-A nice cozy indoor fireplace
-Comfy living room coaches
-New water heater
-New AC/Heating unit
-All-season hot tub ♨️

Guest will have the entire space

🐶🐱Pets are welcome, but pets are NOT allowed on the sofas, beds, and in the hot tub.

We were for sure nervous in the beginning of the neighborhood. It was fine and we had no issues. Very quiet . Great space for my tiny dog also. We really needed more living room furniture !

The hot tub was really nice, good temp, TV by the hot tub was nice as well . Rooms were nice just some problems with some of the doors closing/locking. The front door only has a deadbolt lock and didn’t seem like the door fit into the frame being that it was loose even with the deadbolt locked. Overall a great pretty nice place.
