There were some issues with cleanliness and an issue with the water pressure preventing us from showering until the end of our trip but they did issue a refund for one night as a courtesy.

No river access to fish or swim unless you climb down 9 feet on the unkept ledge. Cabin was cute but covered in cobwebs, dog hair, dirt and dead bugs, inside and out. Including hundreds of wasps. There was an alarm system that continuously went off during our stay. The water from the faucet was almost slimy, and smelled terrible. Not too mention the camper 20 yards from our porch that the host rented out as well, so no privacy. Will not recommend, will not be back.
