We accept pets on a case by case basis. There is an additional fee of $35/night per pet with max of $200 per month

Our insurance company requires all guests to fill a quick form before checking in.
• Please use the home gym with caution and do not misuse it.
• Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to use to gym equipments or be around the home gym area
• Please do not leave the garage door open when not in use.
• There is a $200 fee for each lost remote
• Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. There is a fee of $35 per night per pet
• Pet rules must be followed; no pets left alone and no pets on furniture
