The second floor has all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a laundry room, and built-in desk.
The primary suite consists of an oversized bedroom with king bed and a cozy reading area by the fireplace. Sliding doors open to the deck with views to the water! It often looks as though boats are sailing right through the neighborhood! The primary suite has a large spa-like bathroom complete with heated floors, a fantastic steam shower (so steamy!), and a delightful soaking tub.

The partially covered rooftop deck is an entertainer’s dream with a large 7 person jacuzzi, dining tables, plenty of seating, a third floor bathroom, and 360 views of the Newport Beach area.
