Property located in Lajas, PR. About 10 min to Poblado La Parguera (bioluminescent bay) & 10 min to Guanica Playa Santa/La Jungla(Natural Reserve Beach). It has 2 natural resources boat ramp for free in less than 2 min drive! Bring your boat, jet ski, kayak and enjoy the beach! Very secure area great maintenance. Recently remodeled in a modern luxury fashion way and has a fully equipped kitchen.
