We were visiting Paris with 2 kids and had a nice stay in this flat for 3 nights. Positive Sides: The flat is hell and has good room for 4 people. In the kitchen you will also find everything you need for a small breakfast or if you want to cook something quick. The cleanness was fine, of course it can always be better ;) Our check in and check out was very comfortable, the flat owner was very friendly, flexible and helpful. We were allowed to use the garage - a very big advantage in Paris! The Metro and Tram Station is very nearby. There are many restaraunts nearby, most of them Chinese/Asian Cuisine. Supermarkets, Bakery are nearby. Negative Sides: Dishwasher is missing, but no big problem. The flat is in a very large building with 18 floors, the sound level was ok, but there was some unnice smell in the hall. You can reach the city centre easily, but it takes about 20min. The area is like China Town, majority is Asian origin people. Expect to have some noise outside in the evening, if you want to keep the window open (there are multiple high buildings nearby). I can recommend this flat, if the negative sides are not a big issue for you, and you are looking for a nice flat for good budget.
