About this house rental
A perfectly located and beautifully renovated detached home in Killarney, Co Kerry. Quiet residential area on the edge of Killarney National Park and just metres from the Ring of Kerry. Fully enclosed garden, with patio, bbq and garden furniture. This self-catering home will suit couples and families, and is within walking distance to Killarney town (footpaths, flat, 15-20 mins). Smart HD TV with Saorview, and WIFI installed. So much to see and do, check out our Guidebook for some ideas!
The space
Entrance hallway. Kitchen living area. Bedroom one: king size bed and ensuite (shower, wc and sink). Room also has dressing table/desk. Separate toilet. Linen cupboard (locked)
Upstairs: Landing with hotpress (utilities/plant cupboard). Bedroom two: one double bed and two single beds. Bedroom three: three single beds. Bathroom with bath, shower and wash hand basin. Separate toilet.
Guest access
Access to entire home, and enclosed garden, and front garden.
We are in a beautiful quiet residential area with wonderful neighbours - quiet times apply from 10pm to 8am and parking is available for maximum of two cars directly outside our property, all other spaces are our neighbours - please respect this.
Other things to note
Full kitchen including a nespresso vertuo pop.
Beach towels, coolbag and picnic blanket is available for guests to use.
Hair dryers available to use in all bedrooms.
Please: no walking or hiking boots or any other sports footwear around the home. A basket under the stairs is provided to store these, thank you for understanding.
A lost key or lost remote control will incur a charge of €20.
Walking distance to town, all footpaths (sidewalk), 10/15 mins.
Cycle / bike hire available in the area.
Taxis are easily obtainable in or out of town, taxi rank in town centre.
Train station is a 5 min taxi/drive away.
A national bus route stop is 7/8 min walk.
Parking (free) at property available for two cars, all other spaces are our neighbours. Pay parking is available in town also but it can get quite busy in the town.

Kerry: 16km, 15-20 minute drive
Shannon: 135km, 1hr 50min drive
Cork: 90km, approx 70min drive
Dublin: 313km, allow 4hr drive. Also a direct daily bus from Killarney town to Dublin airport is operated by www .flightlink ie

Best stay during our family trip through Ireland (we stayed in five places). Virtually new unit in gate-secured (not that it need be) neighborhood.Luxurious accommodations, detailed instructions (except for clothes washer) and area recommendations. Outstanding info and communication with owner, easy check-in, etcetera.Excellent and modern showers. The listing accurately notes clothes washer only - no dryer (there is a clothesline in nicely-maintained yard. Thankfully, the towel-warmer worked well overnight to dry my pair of jeans.Highly-recommend.

Clean and new. Just as advertised. Great location to explore Killarney and Ring of Kerry as advertised. Property manager was very responsive.
