This Garden City townhome isn't your garden-variety vacation rental! Situated within walking distance of public beach/lake access as well as local shops and restaurants, you'll have the best of Bear Lake within easy reach of your front door. Beaver Mountain Ski Area is only 13 miles away and you'll have plenty of scenic hikes, ATV trails, and waterfront recreation to choose from for warm-weather adventure. Summer-stay guests can also tee it up at the nearby Bear Lake Golf Course (3.9 mi.).
When you're not making the most of your prime location, you'll find the townhome well-suited for family comfort. The main living area welcomes casual downtime and movie nights, while the upstairs game room includes an air hockey table and another smart TV for added family fun. The covered patio makes a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon libations. The full kitchen is ready and equipped to handle all your home cooking needs. There is also a gas grill on the patio for those that enjoying grilling. The garage provides ample parking for 2 cars and houses kayaks for your enjoyment.
One bedroom and a full bathroom are located downstairs. The primary suite, two bunk rooms, and a shared bathroom are located upstairs. The primary suite boasts its own bathroom complete with a separate tub and shower, plus a walk-in closet.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note that the while the home is dog friendly, it is requested they stay on the main floor and not allow them up on beds or furniture. Thank you.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We absolutely loved our stay. So close to Main Street and the lake. Place was very clean and plenty of room. Our only suggestion is better toilet paper. 1-ply TP is not great but that is just a suggestion. We would stay here again.

The townhouse was clean and tidy but the linens were cheap, no extra bedding for the pullout couch mattress, and terrible one-ply toilet paper. We also didn’t have a garage door opener and the front door lock was difficult to maneuver. I messaged via the app about garage door opener and didn’t get a response.
