About this apartment rental
Welcome to The STUDIO located on the 3rd floor of the historic Northville Records Building. This location is ideal: quietly and secretly situated at the center of historic Downtown Northville. The building is at the northwest corner of Main and Center Streets. The building once housed the Northville Records which was the areas source for news and advertising. Today, the building has a few commercial tenants including Brandt Real Estate. The studio apartment was completely updated a few years ago making it more functional with full bathroom, complete kitchen and laundry facilities, and independent comfort control inside the studio. We went with a rustic modern style, opened the space, added skylights and other enhancements. This STUDIO apartment is the only residential space in the building, making it quite unique and more peaceful especially during evening and nighttime hours.

Can’t beat the location of this unit in Northville. Many good restaurants within walking distance. The place was very well stocked, comfortable and quiet. The skylights create a lot of light, which is great, but it also shines in early in the morning. I loved the place and would enjoy staying there again.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. The hosts were communicative and clearly take great pride in their property.Northville is such a charming town, and this rental made the trip even better. Everything we needed was already there — we walked in and immediately felt at ease.Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for a lovely experience!

With a great location, the studio is perfect for two people. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Complimentary coffee was definitely a plus.Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels for use. The heating was well functioning (we visited in May), the mattress is comfortable. Please note that the mattress is on the floor and not an elevation like a bed. The studio is on 3rd floor with steep stairs, something to watch out for old people. Parking is free if you fill out the request, which we did not on first night and got a fine.Overall we enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend for a couple people planning to explore Detroit and neighborhoods.
