Our stay here was great! House was clean, in a great location, just as described. Host was easy to communicate with in the event of any issues. Would stay here again!

The townhouse is a great size with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It's also right by a playground and by one of the pools. It's in a gated area, but its before the manned security gate. Although the security gates were broken in our area, it still felt completely safe and it wasn't crowded at all. Hence, there was plenty of parking. You get a car pass from the manned security area to use the larger pool area with the gym and mini golf course. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. There were plenty of towels left for us to use too. The only downside was the wifi didn't work in the house to connect my devices and when reaching out to the owner, we didn't hear back, and when we reached out to management, they said to reach out to the owner. Luckily the tvs there already had the password input so the smart tvs worked. It was definitely a nice, clean and safe property in a convenient location, and larger enough to feel comfortable for a few adults, a kid and a dog. Unfortunately, if you planned on working from there with a laptop that needed internet, the passwords that were left didn't work, so that would be an issue. If strictly for vacation, it's a great spot!

Only downside were the lights on the first floor being controlled by sensor. I'm surprised the neighbors didn't think we were in distress for the number of times that the light kept going on and off while we occupied the first floor. It made it very difficult to read a book being that you're not moving all the time.
