The fully screened-in pool deck includes a variety of patio loungers, plus a gas grill and dining table for all-day outdoor leisure. The converted garage game room sets the stage for friendly competition or all-night showdowns with features including a retro arcade cabinet and a two-in-one billiards/Ping-Pong table. A low-profile leather sectional and a smart TV welcome casual downtime in the living room. A full suite of stainless steel appliances ensures you have everything needed to whip up family feasts. Additional perks include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by the good neighborr policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was nice but the owner doesn’t take care of the property. We stayed 4 days the hot water heater was broken! We had to take cold showers, dishwasher leaking water and the freezer was stuck wouldn’t open, we had to go to the store to by a knife to cut our meat to cook and the shower didn’t have a slip mat, I had to by one because my husband is ill he was slipping in the shower. I wouldn’t rent that place again! So sad because the house is beautiful and in a nice area.
