Enjoy a super cozy experience at this centrally located newly renovated loft in the heart of Detroit. Close to all the best spots in Detroit - Little Caesars Arena , Ford Field, Detroit Institute of Arts, Detroit River Walk - all a 5 min drive, Downtown Detroit (4 min drive), Corktown Strip - Michigan Street (8 min walk or 2 min drive).

We put our heart and soul into renovating this building and creating a space that is stylish and unique with top notch finishes.

A wonderful late Victorian era home, very tastefully decorated with a modern interior while maintaining the Victorian, the accessible interior felt clean and safe, North Corktown has come a long way , we walked to motor city casino Sunday night after the parade , was able to walk through the parking garage close to property felt very safe, I plan on booking again

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated for easy access to downtown and Corktown. The host was extremly responsive and professional. I highly recommend.
