We stayed there Wednesday through Saturday. I loved the quietness of the property during the week. As more folks arrived for the weekend, the serenity melted away.

The home is great and the property managers were very responsive!
The only drawback at this location is the sulphur smell from the water. On a breezy day, it isn’t as strong.

Great place to stay for those fishing trips to laguna. Close to bluffs landing for launch. Parking for boat. Nice house and don’t have to battle the island traffic certain times of year.

The house itself was great, very pretty. There are a few things we noticed. The en-suite shower had no shelves to place soap/shampoo etc on. I’m not big on putting it on the floor. The room with the bunk beds had no TV which isn’t that big of a deal. If you’re on the top bunk need to watch your head due to the ceiling fan. The dishes were dirty and smelled strongly of fish as well as the refrigerator. Outside, there is no privacy when sitting on the balcony. The water was absolutely disgusting and it smelled horrendous. I haven’t been to Corpus since I was a kid so not sure if that’s normal. The neighborhood was quiet which we liked. I liked that I could pull my car up under the house out of the way. Check-in/Check-out was simple.
