MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK
This 3 bedroom 3 bath spacious beach retreat located on the 15th floor of Shores of Panama Resorts offers great accommodations for up to 8 guest, to enjoy all the Emerald Coast has to offer. Enjoy incredible beach and resort views from Shores 1504, some of the best amenities in PCB, all while centrally located to most of the city's top attractions! Rent this great condo direct from the owners have quick and easy access to all of the Top Amenities in PCB!
The master bedroom hosts a king bed with access to private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed also with a private bathroom. The unit also features a hallway bunkroom adjacent to the units third bathroom. The common area also hosts a sleeper sofa for two.
Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
Guest must register and pay for two parking pass and 8 resort bands upon arrival to the complex. 2024 cost is $110 for the stay with this South Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo.

Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We enjoyed our stay and loved being right in the water, beach was awesome and beautiful view from the balcony! The only downside is that the property elevators can be a bit slow and crowded! But if you plan ahead and aren’t in a hurry it’s fine!
