A 38-square-meter beachfront studio apartment on the top floor of a secure residence.
Fully equipped, this studio offers breathtaking views of the sea and the beach from its balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a table and 4 chairs, as well as two sofas—one of which converts into a bed for two people. the sleeping area features a 140-cm bed and a closet; the shower room was renovated in 2023 and includes a walk-in shower.
Sleeps 4 people.
A security deposit of 1,000€ will be required upon arrival (it will not be cashed unless damage occurs)
Optional end-of-stay cleaning service for 45.00€ and internet minibox rental for 39€/week.
LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels, etc.)
