Trails End is conveniently located 2 miles from town, half a mile from Font Lake, and only 1 mile from Donegal Bay Beach. This home is the perfect location to enjoy all the outdoor hobbies: walking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, swimming, boating, bird watching, and star gazing.
This home offers a one of a kind experience for their guests. A cozy beautiful home full of charm and character on a remote island surrounded by Lake Michigan waters, how much better could it get! Trails End provides a warm and inviting getaway featuring 3 bedrooms and a generously sized loft positioned above the living room. The loft can be accessed through the 3rd bedroom, offering a comfortable space for up to 4 individuals. Additionally, there are 1.5 bathrooms available, with a Jetted tub located in the 2nd bedroom! In addition to the indoor dining room seating, this home has a screened-in porch that offers a generously sized picnic table that can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
** Note ** There are 3 TVs, but no cable TV service. If you really want to stay inside, Trails End has a spectacular DVD selection to choose from!
Regardless of the season or what mother nature brings, this vacation rental has you covered. With a large loft and living room area, a large enclosed screened in back porch, as well as a covered front porch with multiple rocking chairs to boot! Take that dream vacation and kick up your feet at Trail's End.
During your stay, you have the freedom to explore the Island in different ways. Some visitors opt for biking or hiking, while others choose to reserve a spot for their vehicle on the Ferry/Beaver Island Boat Company. It's advisable to make these arrangements with the Boat Company well in advance. Alternatively, renting a vehicle on the Island is just as convenient and hassle-free.

Great location and great house. Close to town, Font Lake and Donegal Bay. Perfect for going on adventures each day and relaxing each night. Really clean and well appointed. Sara our host was great and will rent again.
