Great location for events! We walked to the concert at the Fox Theatre,Comfortable, clean townhouse.Great communication with Angela!Would recommend for a downtown event, Fox, LCA, Tigers, Lions.

If you're going to an event you couldn't ask for a better place to stay. We came for a concert at LCA, and literally walked farther to our seats once we got in then it was to get to the arena. We definitely will stay again for future events.
