The house offers newly remodeled bathroom, tile jet shower, nest thermostat, ikea motorized standing/sitting desk, a sealy queen bed with a tempur-pedic 4" topper, Keurig coffee with complimentary pods and most common items (toiletries, dishes, detergent, etc.) are included to help get you started with your stay.

Whether you're fishing, swimming, or kayaking on Lake Florence, or simply enjoying the company of birds, ducks, and ospreys that frequent the area, you'll find peace and tranquility in this natural setting.

The property features a newly built 20-foot deck, ideal for watching breathtaking lake sunsets and savoring the quiet fresh air of the private lake. Below the deck, you'll discover two full-bodied hammock swings and a serene bench area for your morning coffee.

Situated at the end of a street, this location offers minimal through-traffic, ensuring excellent privacy. It's conveniently located about 10 minutes from Clermont, 15 minutes from Winter Garden, and only 10 minutes from the Florida Turnpike, providing easy access to the area's attractions, and major theme parks are just a 30-minute drive away.
