All around excellent stay in every sense. We even asked to stay another day (to watch the start of the NFL Games) and that process could not have been more smooth. The owner was extremely responsive.

Beautiful cabin with great views. Host was available to answer questions. Photos online made kitchen look bigger so we we're in each other's way a bit but we made it work. The water pressure was really low in showers in all bathrooms. I suggest more than one kitchen towel be provided and two hand towels in each bathroom.

This property was as close to perfection as I think you can get. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures. There was space for our family to gather and enjoy meals but also space to retreat to our own areas for quiet moments. The views are spectacular, it’s a quiet area, and close enough to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge activities. The National Park visitor center is also very close by. The owner was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We even saw bears on several days of the trip. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Cabin! It was beautiful, clean and well stocked.We also loved the location, so gorgeous. There were 9 in our party and we had more than enough room for all.Our group was fortunate enough to spot 12 bears on our trip and so lucky that a mama bear and her 4 cubs were right in the driveway!!If we come back to Gaitlinburg we would definitely rent this great cabin again.Thanks to the hosts who were very thoughtful and easy to communicate with.

We traveled to Gatlinburg to celebrate several milestone anniversaries in our family. This was the perfect property for our family of eight. The house is beautiful and Melissa thought of everything. The beds are comfortable and the furniture, both inside and out, allow for a lot of conversation, relaxation, and fun. The house is spacious enough for everyone to spread out but the game room downstairs allowed for fun gatherings after long days of hiking and exploring. The house was spotless and the cleanest rental we have seen. The kitchen was well stocked and offered everything we needed. The views from the decks are amazing and the rocking chairs were also a favorite spot for morning coffee and gatherings. There is plenty of level parking for several cars that is easy to navigate. The house is close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and the roads to the house are very manageable. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book this property again.

My family of 5 spent a week here for Spring break. The house is beautiful and has tons of space for everyone and could easily accommodate a large group. The home was nicely decorated without being overly done. There was plenty of paper products, trash bags, etc. so if youre staying I would check the cabinets before hitting the grocery (we ended up bringing many things we didnt need.) Beds were comfortable, could use some new pillows in the main bedroom, but we just borrowed pillows from other beds. Had a few things come up and the owners were very quick to respond and always helpful. The road getting up to the home is what you'd expect for a mountain road. We had no issues getting up and down in our 4x4 SUV. The views from the home are worth the windy road! Getting to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the national park was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

We just got back from an unforgettable stay at this incredible 3-story chalet nestled right in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg TN.From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The chalet has three spacious, beautifully maintained floors, each with its own charm. The outdoor decks on each level offer unbeatable mountain views that seem to stretch forever. We started every day with coffee in hand, watching the sun rise over the Smokies—absolutely spectacular. It’s the kind of view that makes you pause, breathe a little deeper, and forget the rest of the world exists.Inside, it’s everything you want from a mountain getaway. A cozy but modern feel, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and thoughtful touches throughout. The hot tub on the deck was a perfect way to wind down after a day of exploring. And the games room? Let’s just say we got a little too competitive over pool and shuffleboard.Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better. It’s close enough to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge that getting to attractions, shops, and restaurants is super easy, but it’s just far enough away that you still get that peaceful, tucked-away-in-the-mountains feeling.And a big shoutout to the owners—they were friendly, responsive, and incredibly easy to deal with. They clearly take pride in this chalet and care about their guests’ experience. Everything was smooth from booking to checkout.

I took my friends to stay in Gatlinburg for a few days. We ended up staying one night short in this beautiful cabin but it was not because we did not enjoy it! It was fabulous. The area is great because the location is situated between PG and Gatlinburg. Super easy to get to all the things. I know it is risky booking on inclined roads that are curvy during the month of January because of snow and ice so we made a decision to make it down to the bottom for our last night stay. I know some say the roads are scary but I would only say they can be in icy/snowy conditions. Any other time it is completely fine!! The weather is not always icy this time of year but it was this time so we just paid close attention! The property owners were very accommodating and answered all of of questions with the weather. Super sweet folks! We didn’t get a chance to use all the amenities that this cabin has to offer because we were so busy but we loved it and hope to stay again sometime with family.

Very new, clean, good views, well-stocked kitchen, large bedrooms, large living rooms, very spacious and properly heated hot tub. No list of supplies in kitchen, so unsure what to bring. Sparsely stocked toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom, and it was cheap toilet paper at that) - that didn't nearly cut it for 8 people for 4 nights. Basic supplies like dishwasher cleaner, laundry detergent, etc, were of a limited supply, and not even guaranteed at that. Paid almost 5000 for this so having a decent supply of nice toilet paper would have gone a long way. There were multiple windows without blinds installed, which made bright morning sun beam in, which is not a plus for everyone. Had to be out of the cabin on checkout day by the end of the 9am hour which felt too early, and also necessitated doing most of the packing up the night before, which stole the joy of the final night to a certain degree. The layout of the beds was also a little odd - 3 kings each in private bedrooms which was fantastic, but then the bottom floor had 2 queen beds out in the open (not in bedrooms), and they were each separated by only a few feet, which definitely stole the idea of a "bedroom" feel. They did have the cabin decorated for the winter holidays which was nice, but would have just preferred some nice toilet paper instead. Overall, a very nice cabin, but this post is to caution about some of the setbacks.

We have stayed in many different rentals in the Gatlinburg/PF area and this property was by far the best. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. My favorite part was soaking in the hot tub with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. The location is between Gatlinburg and PF which made it easy to get to either city. It is in a nice area where we felt very safe. We would definitely love to stay here again if we are in the area.

If you’re thinking about booking this cabin, DO IT! And add a few extra nights. Stayed here with my family and in-laws over this past weekend and we had a great time. The cabin was very spacious and cleanly. We loved the game room downstairs and the views were beautiful. Had some questions for the hosts and they were quick to respond. Quick drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Can’t wait for our next stay!

The property exceeds even the fabulous pictures provided online. Everything you need and more! The views were breathtaking and we even witnessed a family of bears traveling around the property. The amount of seating in the lower level along with the space in the primary living room allows a large group to have some separate space. The owners were great communicators. This is a beautiful property that I would highly recommend.
