Perfect for traveling workers , or just visiting, nothing fancy but a comfy, safe place to stay. Plenty of parking! Located on over 9 acres of land. Less than 6 miles from downtown Edenton, The South’s Prettiest Small Town.

It is an older manufactured home and the name "Back to the Basics" fits. It was clean and as advertised. The day I arrived the heat index was 114F, which is tough on the AC system of an older manufactured home. A call to the owners and they were promptly there tweaking their air conditioners and the unit cooled down and stayed cool the rest of the week. I made my meals every morning and evening in the full kitchen. I would gladly stay here again, Thanks!

Love the quiet property, but close to town. Heather was great and responsive to emails. It was clean with a beachy decor and freshly painted. Everything we needed was provided. We hope to visit again.
