This 3 bed 2 bath home is outside city limits, but close to everything!

Everything you will need for your stay is included; linens, cookware, laundry and more! Above ground pool is open during the peak at summer season. (May/ June thru Aug)

Home sits on an acre and half, with a small pond and above ground pool! Carport parking also available.

The 3 bedrooms will sleep 6 comfortably. Gather around in the open living area and kitchen with a large bar and eating area overlooking the deck, back yard and pool!

Outside you will enjoy an outdoor sitting area with ceilings fans , gas grill and a small pond. Enjoy your evenings watching the birds, squirrels or kids playing in the expansive yard.

The front porch sports a large porch swing and has some of the best sunset views in Kansas!

Inside the house has 3 bedrooms. A master with a queen size bed, 3/4 bath and private exit to the deck and swimming area. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise coming in the sliding glass doors!

The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed that will sleep 2 as well and a full closet. And finally the 3rd bedroom has a new twin day bed with a new full twin trundle bed below, so will sleep 2 as well.

This a well loved family home in a quiet neighborhood! Keep in mind it was originally built in the early 1930’s and added on too over the years, so there are cracks in the in the dry wall from years of settling and nail holes where cherished pictures once hung, but that adds to its charm. If you looking for perfection this is not it, but it is a comfortable laid back home you will feel at peace in!!
