Our renovated 47sqm ( - pictures from 2022) 4 star holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and has a bathroom with shower/toilet (large rain shower - 1.25x0.90), free WiFi and flat screen TV with cable TV, large electric wall-mounted fireplace. Bedroom - two completely darkenable window fly screens, 1x double bed - adjustable slatted frames (foot and headboard). Two balconies - each furnished with a parasol; FULLY equipped separate kitchen with freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric. Small appliances, microwave, coffee machine, pad coffee machine, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, glasses...- bed linen, towels (per week), salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, toilet cleaner, hand soap, large hairdryer, once. Toi paper and much more, dining area, vacuum cleaner, child safety locks, free parking space (1 parking space per apartment) - max. 1 dog - no cats - no bikers or mechanics
