MODERN ACCESSIBILITY: SandBar Shores caters to all guests with a three-story layout that includes an elevator that serves all floors for convenience and accessibility.
HOUSE RULES:
Due to the private and upscale nature of our property, we ask our guests to please respect our booking requirements, which include:
- Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement prior to the date of check-in. Our standard Rental Agreement is provided by VRBO to review upon booking.
- No parties or events.
- No pets allowed.
- Commercial or business use of the property (including filming/photography) is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved by the property owner.
- No subletting or wholesaling.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants and will be the responsible party.
- Minimum nightly stay: 5 nights
- Maximum occupancy is 12 adults
- This is a non-smoking property. No smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted, including outdoors. Guests will be charged an extra fee if there is any evidence of smoking.
- No more than 4 vehicles allowed. No trailers or RVs. Vehicles must be parked under the carport. Street parking in the area is strictly prohibited.
- In addition to our cleaning fee, VRBO fees, and taxes, we also require a security deposit for all reservations.
*Disclosure: Like most vacation rentals and hotels, we have security cameras surrounding the exterior of our property. The purpose of the cameras is for the protection of our guests and property. We do not have any cameras on the inside of our home.*

Beautiful house on an awesome beach location. The house was fully equipped with everything that we needed. The hosts were very easy to work with and promptly answered any questions or requests that we had.We have stayed in many beach rentals, but this house exceeded all of the others that we had experienced.The house is like new and extremely clean.I would highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our group! Kathleen was an amazing host ensuring we had everything we needed to make it a memorable trip. Hard to beat the views and sunsets from the 3rd floor balcony. We will definitely be back!

This home was even more spacious in person than the amazing photos on the listing (which were fantastic to begin with)!Our party was 7 kids (ages 10 to 17) and 2 adults and the home was the perfect location and set up for our group which wanted to be in the beach for amazing sunsets, lounging in and around a pool, and plenty of indoor space. The kitchen - It had everything we needed to do several group dinners (grilling, pasta, and tacos) and the 2 dishwashers made cleaning up very easy. The large dining room table was the site of game nights. The pool - It provided shade during the day and with the TVs and Sonos system the kids really enjoyed spending time here at all times (mornings, afternoons, and evenings) during our visit. The bedrooms and bathrooms - Plenty of space for all the kids and we had space for another family given the layout of the bedrooms. The outdoor rec area - The fire pit was a hit at night along with the set up for bean bag games just beyond the patio with still plenty of privacy from a small dune before you walked in to the beach. The beach - Only steps away from the backyard this section of the beach was not crowded at all and the home had all the amenities (chairs, speaker, umbrella, cooler, etc) for us to set up on the beach with the convenience to be less than 50 yards from the home. The kids took so many pictures of the sunset during our stay and the large deck with the sliding glass doors was an awesome living area.
